within Windows, rather than with the "functional purpose"
of the software. (Helping customers with the "functional
purpose" of the software is what the technical support of our MSU
subscription is all about.)
We have introduced this section due
to a growing number of problems which affect HydroComp products, but
are in fact caused by other applications. These types of problems,
unfortunately, cannot be found during our regular deployment
testing, and we hope this page can be the first line of aid if you
encounter an operational problem.
